Javadekar lauds KISS & Achyuta Samanta in a congratulatory message

New Delhi: Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar has sent a congratulatory message for Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) for getting the deemed university status.

Javadekar recalled his April 15 visit to KISS and said he was fully impressed and overwhelmed to meet 25,000 Tribal students at the institute. The Minister lauded Dr. Achyuta Samanta for his dedication and commitment for transforming the children to become worthy citizens of the motherland.

“Your selfless efforts in establishing and running the largest residential tribal institute have been recognised as a model to eradicate poverty and hunger through education alone,” wrote Javadekar to Dr. Samanta.

Javadekar finally congratulated Dr. Samanta, KISS management and all students and said the institute rightfully deserved the deemed University status.
