Cook with Deepa: Recipe for crispy fish fry

In a cold evening a cup of hot soup with some crispy fish fry can make anyone's evening so good.

Fish lovers’ first choice is fish fry. And if there is an opportunity of crispy fish fry the craving to eat as such gets elevated. Keeping this thing in view, herewith we have presented the recipe for crispy fish fried.

Ingredients

  • Fish -Small size-5pc
  • Ginger garlic paste -2 table spoon
  • Jeera powder-1 tablespoon
  • Dhania powder-1 tablespoon
  • Redchilli powder-1 tablespoon
  • Besan-2 tablespoon
  • Rice flour-1 tablespoon
  • Suji-2tablespoon
  • Badichura-1 tablespoon
  • Kausuri methi-1tablespoon
  • Haldi powder-1/2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste and oil for frying

 

Process

In a cold evening a cup of hot soup with some crispy fish fry can make anyone’s evening so good. Lets make a crisp fish fry.

You can make it with simple ingredients at home. As fish contains Omega-3 which is good for health.

Wash the fish well and marinate it with turmeric powder and salt. Now make the batter with besan, rice flour, salt, and ginger and garlic paste. Now make a dry mixture with suji, badichura, Dhania powder, cumin (jeera) powder, and red chilli powder and kasturi methi. Now deep the fishes into the batter and roll it into the dry mixture and heat oil in a pan and fry it in medium heat till it becomes crispy. By adding badichura powder we can bring more crispness and flavour into it. It is a must try recipe.
