Union Home Minister Amit Shah has shared a few ‘breathtaking’ photographs of the snowy mountains from Kashmir. Posting these photos on his twitter he urged to visit this ‘beautiful part of India’.
“Captured these breath-taking pictures of the Pir Panjal mountain range after the first snowfall of the season on my way from Srinagar to Delhi. Kashmir, the Jewel in India’s crown, is all set to welcome tourists. Do visit this beautiful part of India,” Shah captioned the images with the above statement.

Owing to its picturesque landscape and scenic beauty Kashmir is often dubbed as the ‘paradise on earth’. No doubt the pictures clicked by the Home Minister clearly convey this. He has also compared Kashmir saying ‘the jewel in India’s crown’.
