12 KIIT Law School Students Clear OJS Exam

Bhubaneswar: As many as 12 students of KIIT School of Law have cleared the Odisha Judicial Service (OJS) Examination-2017 conducted by the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC).

The twelve students are Sabyasachi Panda, Paras Padhi, Soumya Sonalika, Ankita Guru, Mohammed Saha Faisal, Rajashree Aryabala Tripathy, Siddhant Mishra, Suhani Patnaik, Jyotirmayee Sarangi, Samikshya Mohanty, Zarine Khan and Priyadarshini Kumbhar.

Sabyasachi Panda and Paras Padhi have secured the 5th and 8th rank respectively.

Congratulating the students over the success, Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder of KIIT & KISS said, the school has a conducive atmosphere for educational excellence, huge library and quality teaching system which help students achieve success in their chosen career avenues.

KIIT School of Law, though a very young institution has achieved excellence within a decade of its inception, becoming a leading Law School in India having specialized honours courses in Business Law, Constitutional Law, Crime and Criminology, International Law, Intellectual Property Law and Taxation Law.

The institution has been admitted as member of the International Association of Law Schools, Washington, U.S.A. and Asia – Pacific Association of Law Schools, Australia. It is also the first law school of the country to implement the curriculum  recommended by the Bar Council of India.

Students of KIIT School of Law have fared well in higher education abroad, won National-level Moot Competition and have been instrumental in influencing a policy formulation for transgenders.
