A potato lollipop is a quick and easy snack that can be cooked within 30 minutes. It makes an excellent tasty evening snack, especially during the rainy season or winter. Have your potato lollipop together with your family sitting near the fireplace with a cup of tea.
2 tbsp Cornflour
½ tbsp chilli powder
½ tbsp coriander powder
¼ tbsp garam masala
¼ tbsp pepper
¼ tbsp chat nasal
⅕ tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 big green chilli
Bread crumbs (coarsely ground bread -2)
Recipe for potato lollipop
Step 1 – Firstly you need to boil 2-4 medium size potatoes, peel off the skin and mash it.
Step 2– You will need some ingredients to give a unique flavour to your potato lollipop, you will need: 2 tbsp Corn flour, ½ tbsp chilli powder, ½ tbsp coriander powder, ¼ tbsp garam masala, ¼ tbsp pepper, ¼ tbsp chat nasal, ⅕ tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 big green chilli, Bread crumbs (coarsely ground bread -2) and Salt and mixed it all together.
Step 3 – The next step is to make water lumps, take 2 tbsp mains in a bowl, add a little salt and mix with water.
Step 4 – Now, make small balls from the mixture that you have prepared with ingredients and potato and dip in the maida mixture.
Step 5– You will need to coat the small balls with bread crumbs.
Step 6 – The final step is to heat oil and fry the small balls in medium flame until they get golden brown.
Step 7– Thus your potato lollipop is ready, insert lollipop sticks, dip your potato lollipop in tomato ketchup and have it.
