Health Benefits Of Eating Lady Finger/Okra (Bhindi)

Bhubaneswar: Lady Finger or Okra has been an inseparable part of the Indian cuisine. Called ‘Bhindi’ in Hindi, this green vegetable is rich in fibre and contains a lot of essential nutrients.
