Easy Recipe for Poha Cutlet

The recipe for Poha Cutlets is  easy, you can easily try it at home. It is  yummy  as well. Poha cutlets needs to be properly fried. Poha cutlets are healthy and nutritious  as it is packed with many ingredients . We also need to add some vegetables, you can add vegetables like potatoes  and carrots.

Ingredients Required

1 cup flattened rice

½ chopped onion

½ chopped capsicum

2 chopped green chilli

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp chilli flakes

½ garam masala powder

1 tsp dry mango powder

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp roasted crushed peanuts


Recipe for Poha Cutlets

Step 1-  Take, 1 cup of flattened rice, wash properly with water,  take a tea strainer and pour water through that. After throwing the water, let the flattened rice dry for a while in a bowl.


Step 2-  Pot two boiled potatoes, smash them with the flattened rice.


Step 3- It’s time to create a delicious aroma, add  ½ chopped onion, ½ chopped capsicum, 2 chopped green chillies, 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp chilli flakes, ½ garam masala powder, 1 tsp dry mango powder, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp roasted crushed peanuts and mixed it all together.


Step 4-  The next step is to a small quantity of the mixture of flattened rice, boiled potato and ingredients that you have prepared and make it around the same, keep it in another bowl.


Step 5-  Now heat a pan, add  3-4 tsp cooking oil and fry it all. You need to keep each cutlet for at least 4-5 mins.


Your  delicious cutlet is ready, have it with your favourite chutney.
