CA Entrance Topper In Odisha Needs Financial Support To Continue Studies

Pattamundai: He might be a Tea Vendor’s son, but he is a topper in Chartered Accountant (CA) entrance exam. While students of his age are struggling to achieve this feat, Sunil Panda of Kundupur village under Pattamundai block has become a topper in the entrance exam due to his hard work and determination.

But, now financial woes stand obstacles to his dream of becoming a Chartered Accountant. He cannot continue his studies due to financial problems. His father is a Tea Vendor and has a tiny tea shop at the village square.

The money that he earns by selling tea hardly gives them two-square meals a day. Sunil also supports his father during his leisure time.

Despite all the hardships, Sunil managed to score 87% in his Board Exams and went on to score 92% in his Class XII. Now, he has become a topper at the CA entrance exam. However, he has no money to get admission for his CA degree.

With no other source of income, Sunil’s father and mother requested the district administration to extend a helping hand so that Sunil can become a CA in future and make his village proud.
