YouTuber Gaurav Taneja arrested, out on bail
YouTuber Gaurav Taneja, popularly known as ‘Flying Beast’ was arrested by the Noida Police on Saturday. He was booked for violating Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) and Section 188 (disobedience to order duly promulgated by a public servant).
It is to be noted that he has been granted bail today morning.
Reportedly, the arrest was made following Gaurav’s attempt to celebrate his birthday with his fans. A large number of his followers gathered at Sector 51 metro station of the Aqua Line in Noida to celebrate the YouTuber’s birthday, upon his request.
Gaurav booked a metro coach to celebrate his birthday.
Earlier, his wife Ritu Rathee Taneja invited his followers to his birthday celebrations. Following this, thousands of people flocked to the metro station to meet their favourite YouTuber.
In an earlier Instagram story on Ritu’s account, she wrote, “We will be restricted by the maximum capacity of a Metro given by NMRC! Lekin sabse mileage zaroor!.” However, hours later, she informed their fans that the celebrations were cancelled “due to some personal issues”.
Furthermore, this is not the first time Gaurav has landed in a controversy. Last month, he was highly trolled for calling ‘havan’ a natural antidote to pollution.
