Yet again Elvish Yadav lands into trouble, case filed against him for clicking pic in Kashi Vishwanath Temple
Bigg Boss OTT season 2 winner and social media influencer Elvish Yadav has landed into a controversy again. Reportedly, a case has been filed against the influencer for allegedly clicking picture inside the Kashi Vishwanath Temple.
According to reports given by the Times of India, a police complaint has been filed by Prateek Kumar Singh, an advocate from the Varanasi sessions court against Elvish yadav for allegedly taking photos inside the Kashi Vishwanath temple complex. It is worth mentioning here that that phones and cameras are prohibited in the temple premises.
However, Yadav took pictures inside the temple complex, and raised questions about the authorities’ being biased. Following this, the advocate has urged the police to take action against Elvish.
Notably, this is not the first time when Elvish has landed into a controversy. Earlier, Elvish Yadav got into trouble when police raided a rave party in Sector 49. He was detained while nine snakes, including cobras, along with a plastic bottle containing 20 milliliters of snake venom were sized.
He faced charges under several sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, the Wildlife Protection Act, and the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Presently, the social media influencer is out on bail.
