Watch: Trailer Of ‘The Zoya Factor’ Starring Sonam Kapoor & Dulquer Salmaan
Bhubaneswar: The trailer of Sonam Kapoor and Dulquer Salmaan’s much awaited film ‘The Zoya Factor’ is finally out. Based on Anuja Chauhan’s novel of the same name, the film has been directed by Abhishek Sharma of ‘Tere Bin… Laden’ fame.
The trailer starts with Sonam’s Zoya Singh Solanki who was born on June 25, 1983- the day India won the Cricket World Cup. However, the ‘lucky factor’ associated with Zoya does not seem to work in reality- her love life ‘sucks’ and so does her professional life.
However, things change when she is assigned to take up a project for the Indian cricket team. Everyone is convinced of her divine powers, and Zoya becomes a countrywide sensation- “India’s secret weapon.”
Glimpses of Zoya’s romance with Indian Captain Nikhil Khoda also appear in the trailer.

Sonam Kapoor also shared the trailer on Instagram for her fans.
Dulquer and Sonam had also unveiled a poster of the film prior to the trailer launch.
The film also stars Angad Bedi and Sikandar Kher in key roles. It also marks the first-ever collaboration of Sonam with her uncle Sanjay Kapoor, who is playing her father in the film.
‘The Zoya Factor’ is slated for theatrical release on September 20, 2019.
