Watch: SRK Romance Anushka Sharma In ‘Mere Naam Tu’ From ‘Zero’

Mumbai: The first song from the film ‘Zero’ titled ‘Mere Naam Tu‘ is finally out. The beautiful song features SRK romancing Anushka Sharma with his inimitable charm and signature style.

‘Mere Naam Tu’ features Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma where SRK’s Bauaa Singh is expressing his love to Anushka’s Aafia in an elaborate manner- with vibrant colours and awe-inspiring backgrounds. The romantic number marks the heart-warming romance between two ‘specially challenged’ people.

The music has been composed by Ajay-Atul and the lyrics have been penned by Irshad Kamil. Singer Abhay Jodhpurkar has lent his melodious voice to ‘Mere Naam Tu’.

‘Zero’ tracks the story of a vertically challenged man Bauua Singh (played by SRK), who falls in love with a cerebral palsy patent Aafia Yusufzai Bhinder (Anushka). His love story takes a drastic turn when he meets the alcoholic actress Babita Kumari (Katrina Kaif). Bauua dumps Aaifa for Babita and later gets dumped by her. After this, Bauua realizes his mistake and tries to win back Aafia again.

Directed by Aanand L Rai and produced by Gauri Khan, ‘Zero’ has been written by Himanshu Sharma of Raanjhanaa fame. Apart from Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif, the film also stars Abhay Deol, Tigmanshu Dhulia, Javed Jaffrey and R Madhavan besides cameos of Salman Khan, Kajol, Rani Mukerji and Deepika Padukone.

‘Zero’ is slated to hit theatres on 21 December.
