Watch Chaav Laaga: First Song From Anushka Sharma And Varun Dhawan’s Sui Dhaaga

Mumbai: ‘Chaav Laaga’ – the first song from Anushka Sharma and Varun Dhawan starrer ‘Sui Dhaaga’ is finally out. Penned by lyricist Varun Grover and sung by Papon and Runkini Gupta, the song depicts the heart-touching and emotional journey of Varun’s Mauji and Anushka’s Mamta as they go from being life-partners to business partners.

Chaav Laaga is a beautiful romantic song and it showcases the amazing chemistry between Anushka and Varun. The song depicts how Anushka’s Mamta inspires and motivates her husband Mauji (played by Varun) to be self dependent and start his own business venture. The unconditional love and affection between the titular characters is visible in every frame of the song as they work hard together for a happy future.

Praising the song, actor Anushka Sharma said Chaav Laaga is one of the most melodious and soulful tracks that she has heard in the recent times. She added that the song beautifully brings out the journey of Mamta and Mauji’s love story and how they fall in love with each other by learning to respect each their inherent talents and abilities. According to her, Chaav Laaga is a song that celebrates the purity and strength of love.

Set in small town India, ‘Sui Dhaaga’ promises to be an inspiring movie which seeks to promote indigenous handloom, self-employment and entrepreneurship.

Directed by Sharat Katariya and produced by Maneesh Sharma under the banner of Yash Raj films, ‘Sui Dhaaga’ is slated to release on September 28. The movie also stars Raghubir Yadav and has been shot at real location in Chanderi, Bhopal and Delhi.
