Vicky Kaushal & Bhumi Pednekar To Star In Dharma Production’s Horror Flick

Mumbai: Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar are two of the most promising young talents in the film industry. Both the actors have confirmed their presence in Karan Johar’s magnum opus ‘Takht’ which is a Mughal period drama and also features Anil Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan. Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt and Janhvi Kapoor.

Apart from ‘Takht’, Vicky and Bhumi will be seen in a horror flick produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. According to Mumbai Mirror, the project is based on a haunted ship and will be directed by Shashank Khaitan’s assistant director Bhanu Pratap Singh.

“Unlike some quintessential horror films that are set in haunted houses, this one revolves around a ship that lies static at a beach,” a source told Mumbai Mirror. It also revealed that while Vicky has already been shooting for the film parallelly while doing promotions for Uri: The Surgical Strike, Bhumi is yet to start her schedule for the movie.

The film will also have substantial VFX and will heavily rely on background score and soundtrack.
