This 19 year old is the editor of the KGF Chapter 2: Can you believe

The most anticipated Yash starrer movie of the year KGF: Chapter-2 has created history by smashing all box office records. In just three days of its release, the movie has earned a total of Rs. 400 crore. Not only did the movie had a grand opening, but it is also receiving amazing reviews. The first instalment of the movie won hearts and left people eagerly waiting for its second part. Now every little detail and trivia surrounding the Prashanth Neel directorial has the audiences hooked up on the story. But little do the audience know that the editor of ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ is a 19-year-old boy.

Ujjwal Kulkarni, a teenager, who has never edited a feature-length film before, was entrusted with this giant project. Fortunately, he not only took the opportunity but also did a very good job.

Reportedly, Prashanth was impressed by the novice editor’s previous work of editing short films and fan-made movies on YouTube. Which is why, he entrusted him with such a huge responsibility. After the whole film was shot, Ujjwal reportedly made a trailer out of the fully shot movie and showed it to Prashanth. The director got so impressed by the trailer that he decided to let him edit the entire film.

After its release, the film garnered a lot of praises for its technicality including editing. Meanwhile, netizens were left in shock after the news broke, revealing that the flick has been edited by a 19-year-old.

Produced by Vijay Kiragandur, under the Hombale Films banner, the movie stars Yash, Sanjay Dutt, Srinidhi Shetty, Prakash Raj and Raveena Tandon in lead roles.
