Bollywood actress Adah Sharma and the team of The Kerala Story reportedly met with a road accident on Sunday. Soon after the news went viral on social media about the accident, the actress took to her Twitter account to share an update about the same.
On Sunday night, Adah tweeted, “I’m fine guys. Getting a lot of messages because of the news circulating about our accident. The whole team, all of us are fine, nothing serious, nothing major but thank you for the concern.”

Due to the ongoing controversy surrounding The Kerala Story, Adah Sharma has also received death threats. A number of political parties and organisations have objected to The Kerala Story, claiming that the film is based on lies and incites hatred towards the Muslim community. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had also declared a ban on The Kerala Story in the state.
On its ninth day, the controversial movie, directed by Sudipto Sen, comfortably crossed the Rs 100 crore mark at the box office worldwide on its second Friday.
Despite the demand for a ban from various politicians, it continues to register growth at the ticket counters and made a whopping Rs 19.50 crore on its second Saturday. This brings its total collection to almost Rs 113 crore.
The film opened well with collections of around Rs 6.75 crores net, but it is trending and has stunned one and all.
