Six actresses in an Odia film!
Disha, Pushpa, Queen, Pragya, Rojalin, Mehek and Amrita will begin their career on the big screen from the upcoming film ‘Hiralal Motilal’
Bhubaneswar: Though it seems a little bit new for the Odia film industry, it is true that six actresses will be featured in a single film. Name of the film is ‘Hiralal Motilal’ which according to the director is a wholesome entertainer packed with romance, dances, and comedy.
The news was intimated to media in a colourful event held today at a hotel in Bhubaneswar. The six upcoming actresses are Disha, Pushpa, Queen, Pragya, Rojalin, Mehek and Amrita.
According to the MOU signed between the production companies of the movie, Moon TV and My Heart Beats for Ollywood and the newbies, the actresses will be restricted to appear in films, advertisements, stage shows, and events only for the said production companies for a term of one year.
The event was attended by producers of Moon TV Sachikanta Jena and Bini Patnaik and executive producer of the upcoming film Pranay Jethy.
‘Hiralal Motilal’ is Moon TV’s 7th venture. Jeevan Panda, Salil Mitra, Debu Bramha, Gudu, Balakrushna, Babu Pradhan, Suman, and Kalia are the other actors in the film.
The film will be directed by Aswini Gadnayak while the music director will be Baidyanath Das. The film is scheduled to hit the theatres across Odisha on the occasion of Raja festival.
