Shilpa Shetty shares note after Raj Kundra quits social media

Bollywood celebrity Shilpa Shetty Kundra took to her Instagram stories to share an excerpt from a book, shortly after her husband Raj Kundra quit social media.

The quote in the book reads, “You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. What you’ll discover will be wonderful. What you’ll discover is yourself.”

The book then describes the need to step out of one’s comfort zone and how things aren’t perfect but we know ourselves and the way we want to lead (more or less). Being aware of it, we are still ok with ourselves. But what happens when we step out of our comfort zone? It further talks about how living in another country can cause us to ourselves and others differently. “A great loss—or any major change—can push us into a place we never imagined,” it read.

The excerpts conclude, “I need to step out of my comfort zone and see what happens. Rather than fight change, I’ll embrace it.”

On Monday, Internet users noticed that the businessman Raj Kundra has gone off all social media. He had been inactive on Twitter and Instagram since his arrest in a porn-related case.
