Indian actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu is stepping into a new phase of her career after more than 15 years in the film industry. The actress is choosing to slow down now, prioritize her health and focus only on projects that truly inspire her.
In a recent interview, Samantha shared that she no longer takes up multiple films at the same time. Instead, she listens to her body and works on fewer but more meaningful projects. She further explained that while the quantity of her work has reduced, the quality has increased as every role and business venture she takes on now carries her full commitment.
Samantha recently made a cameo in the Telugu film ‘Subham’ which she also produced under her banner, Tralala Moving Pictures. She was last seen in the action-packed spy thriller ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ on Amazon Prime video opposite Varun Dhawan. The series was created by Raj and DK.
Her upcoming project is Rakt Brahmand: The Bloody Kingdom in collaboration with Raj and DK. It also stars Aditya Roy Kapur, Ali Fazal, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Jaideep Ahlawat. It is currently in production and is scheduled for release in 2026.
