Saiyaara to release on this OTT platform in Diwali!
The makers of Saiyaara have extended the usual 8 weeks running time in the theatres and the movie will now run for 3 months.
The makers of Saiyaara are currently bashing in glory over the shattering of box office records by the film since its release. Performing strong at the silver screen, the makers are now planning to extend the theatrical release up to 90 days i.e. 3 months.
In the coming days, the makers might release the film on Netflix as per reports doing the rounds. Helmed by Mohit Suri, the film was made with a modest budget of Rs 45 crore but has racked in Rs 170 crore from the domestic box office only.
Saiyaara released on July 18 with debutant Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda in the leading roles. The romantic drama struck a chord with the younger lot of the generation as is evident from the film’s collections.
Praised for his stellar performance, Ahaan Panday (1st cousin of Ananya Panday) has impressed the cinelovers. The movie created a buzz as many of the audience were left teary eyed.
Initially expected to be released within 8 weeks on OTT, the movie will continue in the theatres till Diwali.
