Mahima Chaudhry is battling Breast Cancer, actress breaks down while sharing “Story Of Her Courage”
Bollywood actor Mahima Chaudhry, best known for her performance in the 1997 hit Pardes with Shah Rukh Khan, is battling breast cancer.
On Thursday, veteran actor Anupam Kher took to his Instagram page to share a post about Mahima’s health update.
It is to be noted that Anupam is currently working with Mahima on a project.
In his post, ‘The Kashmir Files’ actor shared a video of the actress and accompanied it with a caption that read, “Story of @mahimachaudhry1 ‘s courage and Cancer: I called #MahimaChaudhry a month back from the US to play a very important role in my 525th film #TheSignature. Our conversation turned to her discovering that she has #BreastCancer. What followed is in this candid conversation between us. Her attitude will give hope to so many women all over the world. She wanted me to be part of her disclosing it. She calls me an eternal optimist but dearest Mahima!”
Anupam added in his note, “You are my HERO!” Friends! Send her your love, warmth, wishes, prayers, and blessings. She is BACK on sets where she belongs. She is ready to fly. In the video, Mahima can be seen breaking down as she opens up about her breast cancer diagnosis in the USA and that she wants to work with a wig.
