Mahesh Babu’s ‘Kalavathi’ song earns 50 Million views in just 12 days!
Superstar Mahesh Babu’s upcoming film ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ is all set for it’s theatrical release on May 12, 2022. Ahead of the movie release, a lyrical song ‘Kalaavathi’ from the movie was released on February 13 this year. In just 12 days of the song being launched, it has garnered more than 50 Million views on Youtube.
Ever since its release, the song has been on the top 10 list of every music streaming platforms and has reportedly become the fastest track to achieve the above feat.
Penned by Ananta Sriram and sung Sid Sriram for S.Thaman’s beautiful composition, the 4.02 mins long song has been the star’s favourite track from the very beginning. While sharing the song’s poster on social media, Mahesh Babu wrote, “Definitely one of my favourites!” However, the whopping amount of views earned by the music video in just a few days of it being uploaded shows that it has been the fan favourites too.
Written and directed by Parasuram Petla, ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ the film is jointly funded by Naveen Yerneni, Y. Ravi Shankar Ram Achanta, Gopichand Achanta, and Mahesh Babu under their banners Mythri Movie Makers, 14 Reels Plus, G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment with over Rs 60 crores.
Apart from Mahesh Babu, the film also starrs Keerthy Suresh, Samuthirakani, Vennela Kishore, Subbaraju, and others in important roles.
