Love Is In The Air For Pranutan Bahl In Notebook’s 2nd Song ‘Laila’

Bhubaneswar: After unveiling the soulful ‘Nai Lagda’, makers of the upcoming film ‘Notebook’ have released the second song from the film titled ‘Laila’. The track is a light, romantic number and features Pranutan Bahl who is imagining her lover and blushing secretly.

Written by Abhendra Upadhyay and Vishal Mishra, ‘Laila’ has been sung by Dhvani Bhanushali. The song perfectly portrays the feeling of a young woman who is madly in love and cannot stop thinking about her lover even for a single moment.

Both Pranutan Bahl and Zaheer Iqbal took to social media to share the second romantic number from their debut film.

Salman Khan, who is producing the film, also shared the song on Twitter. He wrote- “Firdaus ka Kabir ke liye pyaar ka Elan. #Laila 2nd song from #Notebook out now.”

Notebook’s first song ‘Nai Lagda’ is being widely appreciated for its soulful and heart-touching melody. The song became an instant rage on social media- garnering more than 6 million views in just a few days. The leading pair were also appreciated for their honest portrayal of two lovers who are deeply in love with each other.

Directed by Nitin Kakkar and produced by Salman Khan, ‘Notebook’ is a love story based in Kashmir and narrates the story of a man and a woman who fall in love without even knowing or seeing each other. The film has been shot extensively at picturesque locations in the Kashmir valley like Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, and Srinagar.

The film marks the debut of Pranutan Bahl and Zaheer Iqbal. While Pranutan is the granddaughter of legendary actress Nutan and daughter of actor Mohnish Bahl, Zaheer Iqbal is the son of Salman Khan’s childhood friend Iqbal.

‘Notebook’ is slated for theatrical release on March 29, 2019.
