Kesari: Watch the first glimpse of Akshay Kumar starrer historical drama

Mumbai: First glimpse of the much awaited Keshari, starring Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra, is out on Tuesday. The teaser looks fierce and has amped the viewers’ expectations.

Sharing the video via his Twitter handle, Akshay Kumar captioned, “It’s an UNBELIEVABLE TRUE STORY. Presenting the first one from the #GlimpsesOfKesari. #KesariTrailer21Feb”.

The trailer was launched in two parts. The second part of the teaser was also posted by Kumar.

The film is set to be released on March 21 and the trailer will be launched exactly a month before the release.

Keshari portrays Battle of Saragarhi, one the famous battles fought by Sikhs in the 19th century where 21 Sikh soldiers fought against 10,000 Afghan tribesmen. The teaser shows us a glimpse of the war in Keshari, with Sikh soldiers advancing, roaring like lions with weapons in their hand and courage in their eyes.
