Mumbai: Kareena Kapoor Khan, who made a comeback with the super-successful film ‘Veere Di Wedding’ last year, is all set to make her Television debut.
The actress is all set to feature as a judge on the popular dance show ‘Dance India Dance’ (DID).
Recently, there were rumours that the makers of the show are in talks with Kareena to feature as a judge in the upcoming season of the show. However, neither the actress nor the makers confirmed anything.
But the news was confirmed as soon as the first promo of the seventh season of Dance India Dance was released. In the video, Bebo can be seen grooving to DID’s theme song ‘Dance ki Jungistaan’, with her co-juries choreographer Bosco Martir and Indian Rapper Raftaar.
The dance reality show will be aired on Zee TV, which released the promo and captioned it as, “This is IT! The stage is set and the battleground is ready. The most awaited dance battle is about to begin! #DanceKaJungistaan #DIDBattleoftheChampions #DID #Superstar #Season7 #DID7 #finalists.
When asked about her TV debut, Mrs. Khan said, “Honestly, I’m not a trained dancer and learnt it on the job. So, I’m going to approach this role in a fun manner. We are not only looking for great dancers on DID but also performers and stars, who can captivate the audience.”
Now, all we can do is wait with bated breath for Bebo’s big television debut.
