Karan Kundrra buys dream house worth Rs 20 crores in Bandra
Television star Karan Kundrra has been busy house-hunting for a couple of months. Finally the wait is over for the actor, as he has found his dream house.
Reportedly, Karan has bought a plush-apartment worth Rs 20 crores in Bandra- Juhu area. He was checking out homes in the building 81 Aureate and price negotiation was on. But, now it looks like he has finally sealed the deal.
A picture of the ‘Lock Upp’ jailer from outside the municipal registration office has been circulating online. In the click, he can be seen dressed simply in a pair of denims and checked shirt. He also has a few documents in his hand as he poses for the camera with a fan.

The apartment faces the sea and the flat seems to have a private lift and swimming pool, as per the reports. The price of the flat is above Rs 20 crores.
Karan also took to his Instagram account on Friday to share a short clip showing the view from the balcony of his new home. In the caption the Dance Deewane Juniors host wrote, “Varkatunda Mahakaya Suryakoti Samaprabha, Nirbhigna Kuru Me Deva Sarvakaryashu Sarvada” (A Sankrit shlok that is a salutation to lord Ganesha remembered before a new beginning).

While the actor’s chemistry with actress Tejasswi Prajash is getting all the love from his fans, Karan has been getting praised for his good hosting skills. The actor will soon be seen in a film with Ileana D’cruz and Randeep Hooda. Recently he also made an appearance on ‘Khatra Khatra’ show with Jacqueline Fernandez.
