Hollywood stars Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet are splitting up after four years of marriage. They started dating in 2005 after being introduced by mutual friends at a jazz club.
The couple took to Momoa’s Instagram on Wednesday to post a note announcing their divorce. They note read, “We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times… A revolution is unfolding ~and our family is of no exception… feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring.”
“And so~ We share our Family news~ That we are parting ways in marriage,” they added.
“We share this not because we think it’s newsworthy ~ but so that~ as we go about our lives we may do so with dignity and honesty,” the statement further read.
Jason and Lisa got married in October 2017 after dating for more than a decade. They both have two kids together, a 14-year-old daughter, Lola Lolani Momoa, and a 13-year-old son named Nakoa-Wolf Manakauapo Namakaeha Momoa.
