Hera Pheri 3 in making! Filmmaker Priyadarshan hints at 3rd installment of Hera Pheri
Fans of Hera Pheri series were greeted to a surprise on January 30 as filmmaker Priyadarshan said he is willing to do Hera Pheri 3.
The fans of iconic Hera Pheri series were greeted to a surprise on January 30 on the occasion of the birthday of its director Priyadarshan. He celebrated his 68th birthday, he hinted at the third installment of Hera Pheri.
Akshay Kumar shared a birthday post for Priyadarshan and wrote,” Happy Birthday, Priyan Sir! What better way to celebrate than by spending the day on a haunted set, surrounded by ghosts… both real and unpaid extras? Thank you for being a mentor, and the only person who can make chaos look like a masterpiece. May your day be filled with fewer retakes. Wishing you a fantastic year ahead!”
Replying to the birthday wish, he wrote,” Thank you so much for your wishes Akshay Kumar. In return I would like to give you a gift. I’m willing to do Hera Pheri 3. Are you ready.”
Hera Pheri fans quickly took the cue about the making of Hera Pheri 3 and rejoiced. On the other hand, Suniel Shetty who played Shyam couldn’t contain his excitement and wrote,”Hera Pheri aur pooch pooch!!! Let’s do this #HeraPheri3.”
Hera Pheri was released in 2000 and is an iconic comedy film featuring Akshay Kumar as Raju, Suniel Shetty as Shyam and Paresh Rawal as Babu which is a character role. The second part of the film was released in 2006, it was also equally loved by fans.
