Fans eagerly await Salman Khan and AR Rahman in Cuttack

Cuttack: With Men’s Hockey World Cup second day celebration about to start in the millennium city, denizens are super excited about it. The celebrations are scheduled to start at 5.30 pm at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack.

Every Odia is waiting with bated breath to witness the magic unfold as Bollywood Superstar Salman Dabangg Khan is slated to perform at the venue. Earlier yesterday, he had announced his participation in this gala event through Twitter.

Hockey World Cup ’s opening ceremony last night in the state capital city has pushed everybody’s enthusiasm at sky limit and tonight is expected to be beyond imagination.

Musical maestro AR Rahman is also eagerly awaited for his second consecutive performance in the state.

Rahman, along with the majestic and the most gifted performers of Indian cinema  Shah Rukh Khan and Madhuri Dixit mesmerized the audience at the Kalinga Stadium last evening.

It is worthwhile to mention here that the Hockey India decided for the extension inaugural ceremony of Odisha Hockey Men’s World Cup 2018  at the Barabati Stadium owing to the demand of the frenzied hockey fans. The hockey lovers had vandalized ticket counters in Bhubaneswar after failing to get the physical tickets for the mega opening ceremony of the major hockey tournament.
