Dot Fest: LoL fest by stand-up Biswa Kalyan Rath

As soon as I came to know that one of my most favourite stand-up comedians Biswa Kalyan Rath was coming for a show to Bhubaneswar on 7^th December; I knew I just could not afford to lose this opportunity to watch the ‘mast admi’ live.

The LoL fest was slated to start at 7 pm sharp at IDCO grounds.

My brother arranged VIP passes for both of us. We had reached the parking lot by 6.30 pm.

I must point out here the commendable job our Odisha Government is doing with such marvelous arrangements. I was stumbled by the look of the said Unit 3 road. And I am born and brought up in Bhubaneswar and still failed to recognise it. Police or Traffic officials were on duty at every nook and corner to guide and protect us. Drinking water outlets and toilets were there at different points. This is definitely the best arrangement for any fest organised by the Odisha Government. Many onlookers agreed to it.

The show was opened by comedian Rohit Swain followed by extremely famous Kumar Varun. The crowd was going crazy with their antics but were eagerly waiting for Biswa.

The loud cheers filled the entire stand and happiness showed on the comedian’s face. He went on for more than an hour. Everybody was in splits. My cheeks were aching with laughing too much and throat aching with screaming too much.

This was definitely something not to miss.
