Deepika Padukone reacts on Ranbir Kapoor skipping her wedding reception

Mumbai: It’s over a month, Deepika tied the knot with Ranveer Singh at Lake Como in Italy. After the wedding, the celebrity duo hosted various receptions in India. The couple hosted a reception here on Dec 1,  where many Bollywood celebrities were invited.

The wedding reception was attended by many Bollywood biggies starting from Amitabh Bachchan with family, to Katrina Kaif also including Anushka Sharma and Shahrukh Khan.

Everyone’s eyes were on Ranbir Kapoor, an ex-boyfriend of Deepika. But Ranbir and his current girlfriend Alia Bhatt skipped the reception. Ranbir and Deepika’s relationship is the best set example of exes being friends post marriage. So as Ranbir skipping his beastie’s wedding reception that raises a question.

Recently some reporters asked Deepika about  Ranbir’s absence on her wedding reception in a quiz session of Filmfare. Deepika was quite unaffected by the question. She said, “We’ve not spoken. I mean, we spoke before the reception but we have not spoken after. But, that’s him. I’m not surprised at all. But, that’s the relationship we share and that’s the beauty of that relationship; so much is said without saying much at all”.

As per reports Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were busy in the making of their upcoming film ‘Bramhastra’. On the reception date, both were busy the entire day in their shootings.
