Cruise drugs case: Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan detained and being questioned by NCB

Mumbai: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has detained and questioning Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in the Mumbai drug bust case on Cordelia Cruises’ Empress ship.

On Saturday (October 2), the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) raided a rave party that was being held onboard on Cordelia Cruises’ Empress ship.

The agency’s Mumbai zonal director, Sameer Wankhede, received a tip-off, after which he and a team boarded the ship, posing as passengers. When the ship left Mumbai shores and was at mid-sea, a party began where drugs were consumed. As per reports, Aryan Khan’s phone has been seized and being scanned by authorities. He is neither booked nor charged or arrested so far.

The NCB sleuths, who raided Cordelia cruise after it departed from Mumbai, seized drugs like ecstasy, cocaine, mephedrone and charas.

A total of 8 persons, including 2 females, have been apprehended and their role being investigated in relation to the said recovery. NCB has registered crime no. Cr 94/21 in this matter. Further investigation is underway,” the NCB said.
