Comedian-Actor Mushtaq Khan kidnapped, tortured for 12 hours!
Mushtaq Khan shared he was kidnapped from an event in Meerut of Uttar Pradesh, he paid Rs 2 lakh for his release, he told police
In a recent news, Stree 2 actor Mushtaq Khan shared he was kidnapped from an event in Meerut of Uttar Pradesh, this has set the media abuzz. He further said that, he was paid advance and flight tickets for the event.
A business partner of the actor Shivam Yadav further shared that kidnappers tortured the actor for 12 hours and demanded one crore as ransom. They eventually took Rs 2 lakh from the actor and let him go.
Mushtaq escaped after he heard the morning azaan from a mosque nearby. Shivam however told media that, the actor and his family were completely shattered. Further an FIR has been filed in Bijnor police station.
The actor has told the police that he will be able to identify the place where he was kept captive and has submitted the proof of the journey by way of the air ticket and airport footage. He has demanded early justice.
A few days back a similar incident had happened with comedian Sunil Pal. He was kidnapped and was asked for a ransom of Rs 20 lakh. However he later paid Rs 7.5 lakh after negotiation. He later filed an FIR at the Santacruz Police station.
