Mumbai: CID actress, Vaishnavi Dhanraj, who is well known for her role as Inspector Tasha in the crime show, has accused her family of abusing her. In a video, the actress is seen showing her in her body and face and pleading for help.
In the video, the CID actress Vaishnavi Dhanraj said, “Hi, this is Vaishnavi Dhanraj. I am in need of help right now. I am at Kashimira police station and I have been abused by my family and I am hit very badly. Please, I need help from everybody from the media, news channels, and everybody in the industry. Please come and help me.”
The actress also took to her Instagram and shared a story asking her fans and followers for help. As per tweet shared by the actress’ close friend K Himaanshu Shuklaa, Vaishnavi was held hostage by her family. However, the reason behind her family’s such behaviour towards the actress is yet to be known.
Reportedly, Vaishnavi had a failed marriage also. She got married to Nitin Sahrawat in 2012, however the duo got divorced in 2016 due to domestic violence.
