Mumbai: The 12th season of the controversial reality show ‘Big Boss’ kickstarted on Sunday. The show, featuring Salman Khan as the host premiered on Sunday night at Colors TV. Taking a cue from its previous season, the show has ‘Vichitra Jodis’ or Strange Couples including commoners entering the house with partners, both romantic and otherwise.
On the launch day itself, contestants Surbhi Rana and Mital Joshi were evicted from the show. This was followed by the entry of cricketer Roshmi Banik and Kriti Verma into the Bigg Boss House from outhouse. After this, cricketer Sreesanth also entered the show.
This year, Big Boss 12 has an equal proportion of commoners and celebrities entering the show as contestants. The celebs include Dipika Kakar, Srishty Rode, Karanvir Bohra, Neha Pendse, S Sreesanth, Anup Jalota and Jasleen Matharu. On the other hand, Commoner contestants include Romil Chaudhary, Nirmal Singh, Sourabh Patel, Shivashish Mishra, Deepak Thakur, Urvashi Vani, Saba Khan, Somi Khan, Kriti Verma and Surbhi Rana.
