Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 breaks records again, tops Netflix global trends

Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule has romped across the world, breaking records and pulling hearts.  After its release on December 5, 2024, the film collected a massive Rs 1,800 crore to be among the highest-grossing Indian movies of all time. The film has also made it’s OTT debut on Netflix on January 30, 2025. The OTT released version has few additional footage which wasn’t included in the theatrical version.

The action-packed drama has mesmerized fans all over the world, having its thrilling sequences and a gripping storyline. Twitter is flooded with positive reviews for the film, and it’s trending on the global Netflix charts. The movie was an absolute success since it featured an excellent cast of actors. Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna had only done outstanding performances for the movie along with Allu Arjun.

The music, composed by Devi Sri Prasad, and background score by Sam CS, adds magic to the film. Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings have come together to bring this film, Pushpa 2: The Rule, into existence.

Few days ago Netflix took to Instagram to announce about the Pushpa 2 OTT release. The blockbuster movie was released in 23 languages in the OTT platform. It was theatrically released on December 5 and the extended version of 23 minutes was added and the movie was launched on January 11.
