Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor And Ranveer Singh Attend Twinkle Khanna’s Book Launch
Mumbai: Twinkle Khanna’s latest book ‘Pyjamas Are Forgiving’ was launched in Mumbai on Saturday. The event saw in attendance Ranveer Singh and Sonam Kapoor besides Twinkle’s husband Akshay Kumar and mother Dimple Kapadia.
The book launch was hosted by Twinkle’s childhood friend Karan Johar, who looked dapper in a silver blazer teamed with a black t-shirt and trousers.

Just before the launch, the actress, who is also a successful writer and producer, had tweeted about book launch ‘jitters’ . She wrote-

Twinkle’s husband Akshay Kumar also tweeted a picture with a copy of ‘Pyjamas Are Forgiving’. The actor wrote- “Pyjamas are forgiving in nature, it’s jeans that really know how to hold a grudge. “ This and more such witty writing in the wife’s latest book, #PyjamasAreForgiving. Notably, ‘Pyjamas Are Forgiving’ is Twinkle Khanna’s third book. She has penned two other books viz. Mrs Funnybones and The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad which became very popular. While Mrs Funnybones was a collection of the columns she had written for a daily, The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad was an anathology of short stories. The movie Padman which was produced by Twinkle and featured Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte in lead roles was based on one of the stories from The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad.
