Akshay Kumar announces wrap for Sooryavanshi in quirky fashion

Mumbai: Akshay Kumar announced the schedule wrap for his cop drama Sooryavanshi in his own quirky manner. The cast was shooting at Hyderabad and the post signified their goodbye to the ‘City of Pearls’.

Akshay took to Instagram for the announcement. In the shared post, Akki along with director Rohit, co-actor Vivan Bhathena and several others can be seen. They all are pointing their guns with a very grim expression. While the casts’ faces are visible, the mysterious man has his back to the camera which amped fans curiosity levels.

“When your Action is over and the only thing left to do is Shoot the Fight Master #Sooryavanshi giving Love to The Big Man with the Golden Head who kept us all alive during this Epic Crazy month,” said the post.

Director Rohit Shetty has pegged Sooryavanshi as the costliest cop drama ever. While Shetty has a niche for action-drama genre, his other cop-centric movies like the Singham franchise and Simmba were major crowd pullers.

The movie Sooryavanshi will bring back the hit jodi of Akshay and Katrina Kaif. The movie circle was also abuzz with news of ‘Tip Tip Barsa Pani’ song remake. Earlier, Katrina took to Instagram to share a picture along with Akshay and it surely hints at the inclusion of ‘Tip Tip Barsa Pani’ remake in the film. In the photo, the hit couple is seen with their heads wrapped in a towel and are all smiles as they pose for the camera.
