Actor Nikita Rawal held hostage and robbed of Rs.7 lakh at gun point

Film actor and dancer Nikita Rawal recently encountered a horrifying incident when she was held hostage and robbed of Rs.7 lakh by a few masked men. She was at Delhi’s Shastri Nagar at her aunt’s residence, when she was held at gunpoint by the miscreants and robbed.

Rawal was in the capital city for a shoot when the incident took place. She reportedly said that she was alone at her aunt’s home when a few men wearing masks appeared and took her hostage. They pointed a gun at her and robbed her of all the money she was carrying, which includes her diamond jewelries, watches, etc that approximately cost a total of Rs.7 lakh.

The actress told to Pinkvilla, “I still can’t get out of this trauma and can’t believe that I’m alive .I would have died if I didn’t fight it …I literally locked myself in the wardrobe to save myself ..I was home alone. My aunt was also not there. It’s the most traumatic incident of my life.”

For those unversed,  Nikita Rawal is best known for her appearances in films like ‘The Hero – Abhimanyu’ and ‘Mr. Hot Mr. Kool’. Moreover, she is heard to have been roped as a part of the lead cast for an upcoming film titled ‘Roti Kapda aur Romance’, starring Arshad Warsi.
