Mumbai: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Sunday arrested this morning after banned drugs were allegedly recovered from his Juhu house in Mumbai.
A team of the anti-drugs agency on Saturday had intercepted one major drug peddler, Ajay Raju Singh, who was in possession of illegal drugs.
A follow up operation was launched the same day based on the preliminary interrogation of the accused Ajay Raju Singh. According to his inputs, a team of NCB raided the house of Arman Kohli in suburban Andheri and recovered small quantity of Cocaine drug from him, said sources.
The NCB team later took the actor to its office in south Mumbai for questioning.
NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede led the raid at the actor’s house that lasted for more than six hours. Wankhede confirmed that some contraband has been seized from the actor’s house and he was being questioned in connection with the same.
