Indian film industry experienced a few huge hits of 2024, one of which was Pushpa 2. The same is currently topping the global box office. Allu Arjun’s film took a staggering amount of Rs. 1631.21 crore in just 22 days and has not left anyone and everyone as mere spectators to this result; rather, it just kept everyone’s mouths open through this unexampled success in a cinematic field.
Then comes Kalki 2898 AD, the second movie starring Darling Prabhas. As it stands in the list, this film collected its global amount to 1054.67 crore. This marked science fiction flick became the very first Indian movie to get over the 1000 crore mark in the year 2024 and yes, it was due to its star boy, Prabhas.
The third one is Shraddha Kapoor’s Stree 2, which comes with great strength by sequel buzz, and with a worldwide collection of 884.45 crore.
The Greatest Of All Time with Thalapathy Vijay and Devara with Jr NTR will be at the tail end of the list with international collections of 464.54 crore and 428.39 crore. These movies did not get great feedback, but the revenue shows the popularity of these films of South Indian superheroes.
