Suzuki motorcycles India has launched a new scooter ‘Suzuki Avenis’ in India today. This new scooter is designed for the young Indians who want convenience and high performance scooter in day to day life. The Suzuki Avenis features latest technology and connectivity options for its buyers for a sporty ride.
Suzuki Motorcycle India will start the sales of Suzuki Avenis in December. The scooter will be available in 5 new colors including the Metallic Triton Blue color offered as Race Edition across India. The new Suzuki Avenis scooter is offered at an initial price of Rs 86,700 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Race Edition of the scooter will cost Rs 87,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Powerful Features
The Suzuki Avenis offers SEP technology and Suzuki Ride Connect to provide a sporty ride in the city, the company said. Users can sync their smartphones with Suzuki Avenis via the Suzuki Ride Connect application. The rider can keep a tab on the ride through a turn-by-turn navigation system which is big and bold. They can also check, incoming call, SMS and WhatsApp alert display, missed call, SMS, over speeding, battery level on the phone, etc.
Engine specifications
The Suzuki Avenis is powered by a125cc engine and is coupled with a FI technology. The engine churns out a power of 8.7 PS@6750 rpm and peak torque of 10 Nm@5500 rpm.
Design
The Suzuki Avenis gets features large under-seat storage and a front box with USB socket. The scooter gets an advanced sporty styling, rear indicators like motorcycles; body mount LED headlamps mounted on the body etc.
The sporty design of the Suzuki Avenis is enhanced by motorcycle-inspired split grab rail, black alloy wheels and Suzuki branding at the side.
