New Delhi: The domestic equity benchmark indices climbed in early trade on Thursday amid positive global cues. The Nifty climbed by 33.05 points to 19,844.90 and the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 102.49 points to 66,125.73 in early trade today.
At 10.01 am, the Sensex rose by 104.49 points or 0.16 percent at 66,127.73, and the Nifty was up 29.50 points or 0.15 percent at 19,841.30. On Thursday. about 1974 shares advanced, 882 shares declined.
The Nifty bank is in the green today as well. It was up by 0.26%.
IndiGo, Mamaearth, Tamilnad Mercantile Bank, TVS Motor, Power Grid, Welspun Corp, Mukta Arts, Man Infra are among the stocks in focus today.
