Nissan Magnite facelift official bookings begin, Launch on October 4

Nissan is set to launch the facelifted version of the Magnite in India on October 4, 2024. Ahead of the official launch, the company has opened the bookings for the Magnite facelift at its official website. Customers can also book a Nissan Magnite facelift at the dealership. Meanwhile, the deliveries has been announced to begin a day after its launch, which is October 5, 2024.

The Magnite Facelift exterior design will mostly remain same as the current model except for some upgrades in the front and rear profile. The changes in the front side will include a redesigned grille with a sleeker look, and revised LED headlamps along with updated LED DRLs. The bumper will also receive some tweaks.  The rear side profile of the car will be updated with a new bumper and taillamps. Meanwhile, the company has not made any changes in the side profile. It will be upgraded with new alloy wheels.

Inside the cabin, the interior is expected to be updated with a larger infotainment system, wireless smartphone connectivity, and most likely feature a sunroof. The other changes expected in the Magnite facelift are a new interior theme with a redesigned dashboard layout.

The powertrain options to be offered in the Magnite facelift include the existing 1.0-litre NA petrol and the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine. The motor options will be available with a five-speed manual, AMT, and a CVT unit options.

After its launch on October 4, the Magnite facelift will compete against the likes of Renault Kiger, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, and the Citroen Basalt in the Indian market.
