Mahindra Bolero Neo N10(O) with Multi-Terrain Tech launched in India; Know price, features

India’s leading automaker Mahindra launched its new Bolero Neo SUV last month in India. However, the company did not reveal the price of the top-spec N10 Optional (O) model at that time.

The new Bolero Neo SUV was launched in three variants – N4, N8, and N10. Now the company has launched a new top-spec N10 (O) variant for the vehicle.

The top-end variant has the same features and specifications as the N10 variants except for the Multi-Terrain Technology (Manual Lock Differential). The new Bolero Neo is available in 7 seat (5+2).

Colour and Price

This new Bolero Neo N10 (O) is available in 5 colours that is Rocky Beige, Majestic Silver, Highway Red, Pearl White and Napoli Black colours.

The new variant of the Bolero Neo SUV has been priced at Rs 10.69 lakh.

While the entry level variant N4 is priced at Rs 8.48 lakh and the N8 variant price is set at Rs 9.48 lakh, while the N10 variant carries a price tag of Rs 9.99 lakh. All these prices are ex-showroom.

Design and Features

The new top end variant N10 (O) of Bolero Neo comes with mechanical locking rear differential that that Mahindra calls Multi-Terrain Technology (MTT). This feature will help drivers when the vehicle gets stuck.

The SUV gets the static bending headlamps with follow me home function and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth. The center console is highlighted by silver accents.

The SUV features LED DRLs, 15-inch alloy wheels, steering mounted audio controls, driver seat height adjustment, driver and co-driver armrests, middle-row center armrest, electric-adjust wing mirrors, cruise control and Isofix child seat anchors.

The interior of the new SUV has been designed by Pininfarina. The Suv gets a high-speed alert warning system for safety feature.

Apart from this, it also has automatic door locks, dual airbags for the driver and the front seat next to him, a follow me headlamp, seat belt reminder. The other features of the SUV include automatic AC, steering mounted controls, ABS, EBD, reverse parking camera, cornering brake control.

This car have a boot space of 384 liters.

Engine and Mileage

Bolero Neo is powered by a BS6-complaint 1.5-litre mHawk diesel engine that generates 100 bhp power and 160 Nm peak torque. This engine is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.

Mahindra has not provided an automatic gearbox option with this SUV.

This compact SUV claims to give a mileage of 17.28 kmpl, which is slightly less than its BS-IV version.

The car gets engine start-stop technology and the Eco and ESS (micro-hybrid) drive modes for maximizing fuel efficiency.

The new variant of Bolero Neo will competes with Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon, Nissan Magnite, Renault Kiger in the Indian market.

The Bolero Neo N10 (O) measures 3995 mm in length, 1795 mm in width and 1817 mm in height. The wheelbase of this SUV is 2680 mm.
