Jio launches new annual prepaid plan with 3GB data per day; Check price and other details here

Jio has launched a new prepaid plan for its customer. The recharge plan comes with a price of Rs 3,499 and it has a validity of one year.

This is the most expensive prepaid plan prepaid Jio has to offer. The annual plan is available on both Jio’s Website and MyJio mobile app.

Jio’s Rs 3,499 plan comes with 365 days of validity and 3GB per day data, which means users get to enjoy a total of 1,095 GB of total data. After the exhausting the daily 3GB data balance in a day, the browsing speeds will be reduced to 64Kbps.

Apart from this it also offers unlimited voice calling and 100 SMS per day.

The new annual prepaid plan comes with subscriptions to various Jio apps and services including JioTV, JioCinema, JioNews, JioSecurity, and JioCloud.

However, unlike the company’s Rs. 2,599 annual plan that comes with Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscription, the new annual plan does not offer subscriptions to third party OTT platforms Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Zee5 and etc.

This will be the first prepaid annual plan to offer 3GB data per day as till now, there were no annual plans from Jio that the offered 3GB data per day.

Jio has other prepaid plans that offer the 3GB data balance per day but they have different validity periods.

The Rs. 999 and Rs 349 plan of Jio also offers the same benefits as the Rs. 3,499 plan but the plans has 85 days and 28 days of validity respectively.

Jio also offers another Rs. 401 prepaid plan that also offers 3GB data per day meaning 90GB of total data, unlimited calling and 100 SMS per day. But it comes with 28 days of validity and also has subscription to Disney+ Hotstar VIP.

Reliance recently announced a new, ultra-affordable 4G phone jointly developed with Google called the JioPhone Next at its 44th AGM.
