Idea Rs. 159 Pack Offers 28GB Data, Unlimited Calling For 28 Days

New Delhi: Idea Cellular has launched a Rs. 159 recharge pack, which offers 1GB of data per day besides free unlimited calling. On the whole, the new Rs. 159 pack reportedly offers unlimited voice calls, 28GB of data, and 100 SMS per day, for 28 days.

The unlimited voice calling benefits come with an FUP of 250 minutes per day and 1,000 minutes per week, and the data has an FUP of 1GB per day. After crossing the data FUP, users will supposedly be charged 4 paise/ 10GB. As per reports, the plan is not available for all users currently.

Earlier, Idea had revised its Rs. 209, Rs. 479, and Rs. 529 recharges to offer similar benefits as Vodafone recharges. These packs offer 1.5GB data per day benefit to customers.

On the other hand, the Reliance Jio Rs. 149 plan offers unlimited voice calls without any FUP, 100 SMS messages per day and 1.5GB of 4G data per day for 28 days. Besides, it also offers free complimentary services of Jio’s entertainment apps and services.

Airtel had also launched Rs. 159 plan which offers unlimited voice calls without any FUP, 100 SMS messages per day, and 1GB data per day in some circles for a validity of 21 days. It is being said that the new Rs. 159 plan of Idea has been launched to give stiff competition to key players like Airtel and Reliance Jio.
