Idea launches Nirvana Postpaid Recharge Pack Offer to take on Jio

New Delhi: In order to surpass its telecom rival Reliance Jio, Idea cellular has revamped its Nirvana Postpaid Recharge Pack offer of Rs. 499, Rs. 999, and Rs. 1,299 besides introducing new plans of Rs. 399 to offer up to 125GB of data. The postpaid plans aim to provide additional data to users at a cheaper price.

The Nirvana 399 plan offers 40GB data with rollover benefit up to 200GB and unlimited data usage. It offers unlimited local and STD calls apart from free national roaming. Also, users get upto 100 SMS free per day. Similarly, the 499 plan which earlier offered 40 GB data now provides 75 GB of data with a rollover benefit upto 200GB. Alike the 399 plan, users can avail 100 free SMS per day.

The Nirvana 999 plan comes with 100GB data with data rollover upto 200GB. It also offers unlimited calling and 100 SMS per day. Lastly, Niravan 1,299 plan offers 125GB of data with rollover limit of up to 200GB. Besides all the benefits in the previously mentioned plans, the Rs. 1,299 plan provides users with free 100 minutes of international calling to the USA, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand on specific codes.

All the plans offer unlimited local and STD calls besides from free incoming calls on roaming to match Jio’s prices and data package. Furthermore, the earlier Niravana plans of Rs. 389, Rs. 649, Rs. 1,699, Rs. 1,999, and Rs. 2,999 seem to have been removed from service by Idea cellular.
