Hyundai i20 N Line to launch in India in September, To feature these upgrades over the regular i20

Hyundai Motor India is all set to launch its upcoming premium hatchback i20 N Line in India very soon. According to the latest update, the hatchback i20 N Line will be launched on September 2, 2021. The i20 N Line can be seen as a sportier offering of the popular i2o hatch back.

When it comes to design, the i20 N Line gets a bunch of external changes which include a new grille, redesigned bumper at the rear, new alloy wheels, twin exhausts etc. There is also a stretch of red colour which is present on the bottom part of the vehicle as highlights and forms a sporty design.

In the interior of the vehicle, Hyundai offers a new steering wheel with an N Line logo. The upholstery of the cabin is black in colour and gets a red stitching. It is important to note that the front seats also have an N line badge too.

The i20 N Line is powered by a 1.0 litre turbo petrol engine just like the i20. The hatch back offers 120bhp of power and 172Nm of maximum torque. In terms of engine transmission the i20 N Line offers a 6 speed manual transmission (iMT) as well as 7 speed automatic (DCT).

The hatchback will be offered in two variants- N6 and N8. While the former is available in iMT variant only, the latter will be available in both iMT and DCT.

In terms of colour options the i20 N Line will be available in Thunder Blue, Fiery Grey, Titan Grey, Polar White and two dual colours variants.

On the pricing note, the i20 N Line is expected to be between around Rs 12 lakh when it hits the Indian market. Interested buyers of the hatchback can book the car at just Rs 25,000 through Hyundai Signature outlets.
