HDFC Bank Savings Account Interest Rates Revised: Know here new interest rates
Bhubaneswar: The HDFC Bank has recently revised its interest rate on its Savings Bank account deposits. This has been effective from 2nd February 2022.
“Effective 2nd Feb 2022, Rate of Interest for Savings Bank deposits Accounts has been revised as below.” It has been mentioned in the official website of the HDFC Bank.
The revised rates of interest are as follows:
Less than Rs. 50 Lakh = 3.00%
Of and above Rs 50 Lakh to less than Rs 1000 Cr = 3.50%
Of and above Rs 1000 Cr = 4.50%
As per the revised rate of interest the Bank is now offering an interest rate of 3.00 per cent interest per annum on Savings account balance less than Rs 50 lakh. Similarly, 3.50 per cent per annum is being offered on savings account balances of more than Rs 50 lakh and less than Rs 1,000 crore, and 4.50 percent per annum on savings balances of more than Rs 1,000 crore.
The revised rates are applicable to domestic, NRO, and NRE savings accounts, the bank also mentioned in the official website.
Savings Bank interest will be calculated on the daily balances maintained in your account. Savings Bank interest will be paid at quarterly intervals – It has also been mentioned in the website.
